Our company has, for over 21 years, campaigned for and promoted best practice for recruiting and employing diverse workforces. We have further underlined our commitment to positive diversity practices through being one of the first recruitment businesses to sign up to the REC and Job Centre Plus Diversity Pledge. This sets out aspirational standards for recruitment agencies. We are pleased to be lending our support to this important Pledge and we encourage other recruitment agencies to do the same.
