As part of Human Capital Investment Group and a division of
Eden Brown, En-Spiral are corporate members of the Recruitment
and Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body for
organisations in recruitment.
We employ a high proportion of REC & IRP (Institute of
Recruitment Professionals) Members and support all staff to
undertake REC training and development. Eden Brown was amongst the
first organisation of its type to be recognised as an Investor in
People (IIP) in August 1996, and this award has been renewed ever
since. IIP is a national quality standard which sets a level of
good practice for improving an organisation's performance through
its people.
In 1993 our company also became the first quality assured agency
in the UK, recognising that quality is essential to the success of
our business and relationships with customers.
Further more we have recently been awarded an upgrade to the
International Organisation for Standardisation's, ISO 9001:2000,
which is the latest ISO international standard. This award was
achieved several months before the deadline and includes stringent,
annual external audits. In addition, we undertake frequent
evaluations and reviews of our procedures, and demonstrate
continual improvement in our day-to-day working practices.
