Role Summary:

Preparing Energy Strategies is the core function of this role within our client's offices. The Sustainability/Energy Engineer for our client is a technical and project management role, critical in providing the team with accurate information and calculations to support the development of energy solutions for a range of projects.

It is the responsibility of the individual to work with the team to understand all of the various targets that the project must comply with and to drive forward the energy solution for the site.
This will include:
·Producing and analysing the data,
·Investigating and developing solutions that meet the energy targets relevant to the project with buildability and cost in mind at all times.

The results must be communicated in a clear and concise manner to the team, associated consultants, local authority officers and clients (where appropriate) in order to define and reach agreement on the final solution. The results are then shared with the team for inclusion within the technical report to be submitted to the Planning Authority.
