Solar Asset Manager French Speaking

They are looking for a French speaking Asset manager to manage, maintain and optimise a series of solar developments in mainland Europe

Position outline:

- Develop and manage a number of sites throughout France - setting up the relevant policies, processes and procedures to ensure all procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled. Take up the due diligence responsibilities pre and post asset integration
- Monitor and control all financial budgets, produce relevant financial reports etc
- Manage day to day operations of the Asset Management programme, providing guidance, maintaining teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
- Maximise total return for each asset through the analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
- Develop and distribute asset management reports to key stakeholders
- Manage any Projects and site changes
- Set up O&M agreements and monitor the outcomes to ensure optimised performance
- Negotiate and communicate with all parties in the process of acquiring or disposing of assets to ensure that the best possible agreements financially are carried out
- To highlight and develop potential areas for business growth, taking note of relevant obligations and making adjustments accordingly.


About you (experience and skills)

Fluent French speaker (business level)
Demonstrable experience within solar PV construction and or asset delivery
Ability to travel within at short notice
